Ø  YOU ARE NOT ONLY PAID TO WORK, YOU ARE PAID TO BE SCARED

You are paid to leave your comfort zone on a daily bases, go out to the blue ocean of unknown and yes it will make you feel uncomfortable, make you feel frightened, but if you are not feeling FRIGHTNED every day, you are not innovating and you are NOT MAKING MUCH PROGRESS.
